Warranty, Replacement and Return

Warranty:

• Jimi IoT products

1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects on dash cam products, 6 months warranty on cables and memory .

• IROAD Products

2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects on dash cam products, 6-month warranty on cables and memory.

The warranty will be void if the product is installed incorrectly by the customer (connecting the camera to the car fuse box incorrectly).

Refund:

- Get your money back within 7 days of receiving the product without explaining the reasons , provided that the product remains in the same original condition as when received.

- If the label is removed from the product's carton cover, 30% of the product's value will be deducted, provided it is not used.

- It cannot be returned after removing the seal attached to it and after use or installation.

The buyer bears the shipping cost to the delivery companies.

- Memory cards and power adapters are non-refundable.

What is the expected timeframe for the refund and the transfer mechanism?

Your cancellation request will be processed within 3 business days by us, and will then depend on the mechanism of the remittance system and banks as follows:

Bank transfer:

The amount will be transferred within the above-mentioned period, taking into account the fees and transfer period from one bank to another.

The amount will be returned automatically within the above-mentioned period according to the procedures followed in the banks’ purchasing system, which are as follows:

If the transfer is made before it is scheduled to our account, it will be refunded immediately and without fees.

If the transfer is scheduled to our account, a cancellation fee will be calculated in the banking system as follows:

As for electronic payment fees, they are fees for the bank only:

MADA: Fee per transaction (1 + 1.75%).
Visa: Fee per transaction (1 + 2.2%).
STC Pay: Fees per transaction (1.70%).
Apple Pay: Its fees are the same as Mada (1 + 1.75%).

All electronic payment fees include a 15% value-added tax (VAT).

Replacement :

- Replace products damaged due to manufacturing or during delivery within 7 days of receipt. The store must be notified of the damage upon receipt, along with proof such as a photo of the product. The buyer will ship it back using any economical shipping company such as Saudi Post. The replacement will be sent immediately upon receipt of the damaged product.

Opened products will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all that violate or deviate from the warranty conditions such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural state - failure to follow operating instructions - the product being exposed to water if it is not waterproof - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device’s specifications)

Order approval and pricing details

Please note that in some cases, an order may not be accepted for various reasons. The site administrators reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
