Warranty:
• Jimi IoT products
One-year warranty against any manufacturing defects in dash cam products, 6-month warranty on cables and memory .
• IROAD products
Two-year warranty against any manufacturing defects in dash cam products, 6-month warranty for cables and memory.
Note: If an alternative model matching the product model is not available
The replacement under warranty will be compensated with an equivalent model of the same brand.
The warranty is void if the product is installed incorrectly by the customer (connecting the camera to the car's fuse box incorrectly).
Retrieval:
- Get your money back within 7 days of receiving the product without explanation, provided that the product remains in the same original condition as when you received it.
- If the label is removed from the product carton cover, 30% of the product's value will be deducted, provided it is not used.
- It cannot be returned after the seal has been removed and it has been used or installed.
- The buyer bears the shipping costs to the delivery companies.
- Memory cards and electrical connections are not recoverable.
What is the expected timeframe for receiving the refund and what is the transfer mechanism?
Your cancellation request will be processed by us within 3 business days, and afterwards it depends on the mechanism of the money transfer and banking system as follows:
Bank transfer:
The amount is transferred within the period mentioned above, taking into account the fees and transfer time from one bank to another.
The amount will be refunded automatically within the period mentioned above, according to the procedure followed by the bank's purchase system, which is as follows:

Replacement :
- Replace products damaged due to manufacturing defects or damage during delivery within 7 days of receipt. The store must be notified of the damage upon receipt, along with proof such as a photo of the product. The buyer will reship it via any economical delivery company such as Saudi Post. The replacement will be sent immediately upon receipt of the damaged product.
Products that have been opened will not be replaced unless a manufacturing defect is proven. Note that products that are not eligible for replacement are those that violate or are outside the terms of the warranty, such as (misuse – cutting – breakage – the product opened in an abnormal condition – failure to follow operating instructions – exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof – any external maintenance – the device becoming completely or partially inoperable due to the use of accessories incompatible with the device's features).
